Adonis Village: Request for External Change –  Unit G1

Description of proposed external change:

Installation of 12 roof-mounted mono-crystaline photovoltaic modules type LUXOR 375 Wp, manufactured by the German firm LUXOR GmbH, and 1 wall-mounted inverter (Type Azzurro), manufactured by the Italian firm AZZURRO ZCS. This inverter will be mounted inside the garage of G1 and not visible from the outside. The cable connecting this system will be run as discreetly as possible inside trunking so as not to compromise the aesthetics of the property.

5 panels to be installed on South facing roof, 2 on East facing roof, 2 on the West facing roof and 3 on the flat roof facing North.

Dimensions and sizes of external changes:

Each panel = 1755 Mm x 1038 Mm x 35 Mm

    The AV Committee has evaluated the above planning request and has concluded that it should be APPROVED subject to any objection from owners in the next 28 days. The planning request has been posted on the Adonis Village Notice Board and emailed to all neighbouring owners.
