Adonis Village: Request for External Change –  Unit L1

Description of proposed external change:

We are asking the Committee to allow us to replace bathroom and kitchen windows as we are making an internal renovation of L1. 

Dimensions and sizes of external changes:

Size of bathroom window is 70x70cm

Size of kitchen window is 120x120cm

Colours and style of materials to be used:

The new color will remain the sae as the old one (RAL1013)

The frame will be alluminium

    The Adonis Village Management Committee has received the above External Change Request (ECR) from the owner of G1 and is now being EVALUATED. All owners may contribute their view in response to this request by adding comments here and the owners may also add further information if required.

    The AV MC has determined that the aluminium windows are REJECTED as they would constitute a change to the look and feel of the property within the village. Previous requests from other owners for the use of aluminium have been rejected on the same grounds.

    ADVICE: The use of uPVC from two local suppliers has been approved in many other requests, and these are of similar dimensions, thicknesses, colour and texture to the wooden original fittings. The owner is advised to amend his request to use the uPVC designs that have been used elsewhere in the village. Preferably from one of the 2 suppliers who have been used by all other owners in the past 8 years, otherwise an approval process with samples provided would need to be followed which would take some time and delay the process.
