Adonis Village: Request for External Change –  Unit A1

Description of proposed external change:

I would like to install gutters and downspouts on all pitched areas of the roof to Prevent Water Damage, Damp Walls and Mold in my House.

    The Adonis Village Management Committee has received the above External Change Request (ECR) from the owner of A1 and is now being EVALUATED. All owners may contribute their view in response to this request by adding comments here and the owners may also add further information if required.

    The AV Committee has evaluated the above planning request and has concluded that it should be APPROVED subject to any objection from owners in the next 28 days and the new guttering and down pipes are in keeping with existing guttering and down pipes currently installed throughout the village. The planning request has been posted on the Adonis Village Notice Board and emailed to all neighbouring owners.
