Adonis Village: Request for External Change –  Unit A1

Description of proposed external change:

As has already been carried out in a number of other properties within the Village, the owners of A1 wish to replace the wooden windows with uPVC. The new windows and doors  will be made of uPVC exactly as all other replacement windows and doors in the community  This will be supplied and install by Malcom Morley.

upVC in the same colours and texture as existing.

    The Adonis Village Management Committee has received the above External Change Request (ECR) from the owner of A1 and is now being EVALUATED. All owners may contribute their view in response to this request by adding comments here and the owners may also add further information if required.

    The AV Committee has evaluated the above planning request and has concluded that it should be APPROVED subject to any objection from owners in the next 28 days and that the approved materials are used as has been supplied previously by either Holmes or Morley elsewhere in AV. The planning request has been posted on the Adonis Village Notice Board and emailed to all neighbouring owners.
