Adonis Village: Request for External Change –  Unit A1

Description of proposed external change:

I would like to install sliding doors on my veranda upstairs it will be the same material as the rest of the doors and windows.

The pergola is coved on the top. (see attached picture)

    The Adonis Village Management Committee has received the above External Change Request (ECR) from the owner of A1 and is now being EVALUATED. All owners may contribute their view in response to this request by adding comments here and the owners may also add further information if required.

    The Adonis Village Management Committee has determined that the fill-in of the veranda is REJECTED as it is in breach of Paragraph's 6,10,34 and 36 of the General Agreement and is in violation of municipal planning and development laws. The owner does not have a municipal planning permit nor a Building Permit.

    Previous requests from other owners for similar proposal have been rejected on the same grounds.

    Advice - We strongly recommend that you return the veranda to it's original condition to avoid further legal action
