Adonis Village: Request for External Change –  Unit T1 T2

Description of proposed external change:

Installation of 17 photovoltaic modules of the Seraphim type 415Wp, and 1 inverter of the Solaredge type.

6 panels should be installed on the roof on the south-east side and 11 panels on the roof on the south-west side.

Dimensions and sizes of external changes:

Each module = 1722mm x 1134mm x 28mm;

Inverter = 540mm x 315mm x 260mm

    The Adonis Village Management Committee has received the above External Change Request (ECR) from the owner of T1 & T2 and it is now being EVALUATED. All owners may contribute their view in response to this request by adding comments here and the owners may also add further information if required.

    The AV Committee has evaluated the above planning request and has concluded that it should be CONDITIONALLY APPROVED subject to the requirement that no solar panels will breach any of the roof ridges or hips lines otherwise the installation will need to be rectified accordingly.and is also subject to any objection from owners in the next 28 days. The planning request has been emailed to all neighbouring owners.

    We as direct opposite neighbours have not been informed.
    However, we do not have any objection, provided the panels are installed flat on the roof and not protruding to block our view.
