Please would you check with the proposed suppliers (AHPM) that the various components which you intend using will be:

Identical to the overall village aesthetic to the original in profile, colour and finish to the original components?

I have attached a screenshot of the stipulated colour scheme permitted at AV which was set by the original Planning Authority permits. Please note that the window frames at AV are not pure or brilliant white but are a softer shade. Obviously in direct sunshine pure or brilliant white will appear much brighter than the neighbouring properties and so must be avoided at all costs. Also, the brush-stroke appearance as if hand painted formed part of the overall aesthetic especially in regards to the replacement uPVC window frames which have been used for a number of years by AV owners and almost always sourced from 2 local suppliers: Holmes and Morley. To introduce the use of aluminium it is imperative that the MC are informed that all of the above can and will be strictly adhered to. Please contact Michael Panayi if you want the contact details for Holmes and Morley but otherwise refer AHPM to the colour scheme attached to avoid any expensive mistakes being made.

It would then be helpful if you could confirm your findings by adding them to support your ECR on the owners website.
