    The Adonis Village Management Committee has received the above External Change Request (ECR) from the owner of A1 and it is now being EVALUATED. All owners may contribute their view in response to this request by adding comments here and the owners may also add further information if required.

    The AV Committee has evaluated the above external change request and has concluded that it should be CONDITIONALLY APPROVED subject to the following important considerations:

    1. It is the owner’s sole responsibility to check the necessity for obtaining any local authority permits and securing such BEFORE commencing any work related to the application.

    2. The owner must strictly adhere to any conditions which any local authority permits might subsequently set.

    3. The MC’s approval of this application will not cover or does not permit or relate to any further building additions at the entrance of property A1 which the owner may decide to build at a later date with or without requesting similar approvals from the relevant parties. This includes but is not limited to the addition of a pergola, poly-carbonate panels, gypsum wall or ceiling boards, sidewalls and/or windows.

    4. Construction must not commence until the expiry of 28 days and provided that no other owner raises any legitimate objection.

    Owners have 28 days to raise any legitimate objections by sending an email to the management committee or appending a comment to this ECR online.
